Refund Policy


we’re confident that our plugins are great, we understand that not all of them will work perfectly for everyone at all times. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to consider a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase.

Before requesting a refund, please contact us for assistance if you’re experiencing technical issues or having trouble getting a plugin to work properly. If you do encounter a technical issue, please submit a support ticket through the system.

To submit a refund request, please also open a support ticket within our system. We may need to ask questions related to the nature of your refund request.

Refunds are only available for the original license purchase and do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals. No partial refunds will be granted for license downgrades, early termination, unapplied discount/coupon codes, etc.

Refund requests may take up to 30 days to process.

We reserve the right to decide on whether to offer a refund, which must meet all the following conditions fully:

  • The refund request must be made within the first 30 days of the original plugin purchase.
  • Your issue(s) is due to being unable to install the plugin properly or to get it to perform its basic functions.
  • You’ve attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
  • No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of the original purchase.
  • No refunds will be granted on renewal payments. However, if you’ve enabled automatic renewal, you’ll receive an email before your renewal date and can cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
  • Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or other software will not qualify for a refund.
  • You agree to deactivate and uninstall the Forms Integrations plugin(s) from your site before a refund is granted.

By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and waive any rights to question, judge, or take legal action against it.
