To begin, download and install the Zoho CRM and Forminator forms integration plugin on your WordPress site. After installation, navigate to the plugin settings, where you’ll find the “Create Integration” option. Click this button to start the setup and seamlessly connect your Forminator Forms with Zoho CRM.

Authorization of Zoho CRM Integration with Forminator Forms

To get started, download and install the “Zoho CRM and Forminator forms” plugin on your WordPress site.

Once installed, go to the plugin where you’ll see an option called “Create Integration.” Click this button to initiate the setup process and connect your Forminator Forms with Klaviyo seamlessly.

After clicking on “Create Integration,” you’ll be prompted to select a Form or Task Name. If your site contains multiple Forminator forms, be sure to choose the one you want to connect with Zoho CRM. This ensures that your form submissions are accurately synced with the correct Zoho CRM module. Once you’ve made your selection, click “Next” to continue.

After clicking the “Next” button, you’ll be directed to the authorization page. Here, you’ll need to connect and authorize your Zoho CRM account to complete the integration. This step is essential to ensure secure and seamless data transfer between Forminator Forms and Zoho CRM.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

Data Center: Select a Data Center from the drop-down list.

To configure Zoho CRM Integration with Forminator Forms, you’ll need your Zoho CRM Client ID and Client Secret. Here’s how to obtain them.

  • Access Zoho Developer Console: Go to “Zoho Developer Console“.
  • Add Client: Click on “Add Client” and choose “Server-Based Application” as the client type.
  • Name your Application: Provide a descriptive name for your application.
  • Gather Integration Details:
    • Go to your integration’s settings page (separate platform).
    • Copy the Homepage URL from the integration settings.
  • Paste Homepage URL: In the Zoho API Console, locate the “Homepage URL” field and paste the copied URL.
  • Gather Authorized Redirect URIs:
    • Still on your integration’s settings page, copy the Authorized Redirect URIs.
  • Paste Authorized Redirect URIs: In the Zoho API Console, find the “Authorized Redirect URIs” field and paste the copied URIs.
  • Create Client: Click the “Create” button to finalize the process.
  • Copy Client Credentials: The Zoho API Console will display your “Client ID” and “Client Secret“.
  • Integrate Credentials: Copy and paste these credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) into the designated fields on your integration platform.

Once you have successfully entered your Zoho CRM Client ID & Client Secret, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Related List

Sending data to related lists in Zoho CRM is really easy! You just need to click on the Plus (+) icon to add your related list. Then, choose the related list module and layout from the drop-down menu. Next, map the mandatory fields by clicking on the Plus (+) button. And the best part is, you can map as many fields as you want!

In the Zoho CRM with Forminator Forms integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Zoho CRM. The “Last Name” and “Company” fields are the default field in Zoho CRM for creating leads, so you will need to map your form’s “Last Name” and “Company” fields to this field in Zoho CRM. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Actions

Workflow: Select this option to trigger the Zoho CRM workflow to relevant the selected module. If you didn’t select this option Zoho CRM workflow to relevant the selected module doesn’t work.

Attachment: To Select this option you can send file upload field data to Zoho CRM related list Attachments. You can also send file upload field data to Zoho CRM via normal field mapping). Please select the CRM file upload field from the drop-down which you want to send data.

Approval: Select this option to automatically send form data to your Zoho CRM approval list instead of adding them.

Blueprint: Select this option to trigger the Zoho CRM blueprint to relevant the selected module. If you didn’t select this option Zoho CRM blueprint to relevant the selected module doesn’t work.

Capture GCLID: By enabling this option, you can send the click details of your AdWords ads to Zoho CRM.

Upsert Records: Upon selecting the option YES, if a record with the identical value exists in Zoho CRM, it will be updated with the new values. If you select NO, a new record will be created in Zoho CRM. You can arrange fields in the order in which upsert should happen. The record will update based on email address.

Assignment Rules: When you choose this option, Assignment Rules defined in Zoho CRM can be triggered when form entries are added to a CRM module. Please select the assignment rule from the drop-down which you want to trigger.

Tag Records: When you choose this option, you can add a tag to the records that are pushed to Zoho CRM. It helps you to search for records in CRM by tag. There has a list of tag records in the dropdown. You can use Zoho CRM by default tag, form fields also can add a custom tag.

Record Owner: Select this option you can set a record owner of the sent record.

Conditional Logics

This feature allows you to add conditions to the integration process. When those conditions are met, the data will be sent to your Klaviyo account. For more information, refer to our documentation on conditional logic. Once your conditional logic is set up, click Next to proceed.
