List: Select an option from the drop-down list.

In the Klaviyo with Elementor Forms integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Klaviyo. The “Email” field is the default field in Klaviyo, so you will need to map your form’s “Email” field to this field in Klaviyo. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

You can also map custom properties in Klaviyo. For the Klaviyo property name, simply type your preferred property name, and for the value, choose your form field. In this example, we added a custom property called “Age” and linked it to the “Gender” field in the form. Now, when the form is submitted, a new property called “Age” will be created or assigned in Klaviyo, and its value will come from the form’s gender field.

Conditional Logics

This feature allows you to add conditions to the integration process. When those conditions are met, the data will be sent to your Klaviyo account. For more information, refer to our documentation on conditional logic. Once your conditional logic is set up, click Next to proceed.
