To configure Zoho Books Integration with WooCommerce, you’ll need your Zoho Books Client ID and Client Secret. Here’s how to obtain them.

  • Access Zoho Developer Console: Go to “Zoho Developer Console“.
  • Add Client: Click on “Add Client” and choose “Server-Based Application” as the client type.
  • Name your Application: Provide a descriptive name for your application.
  • Gather Integration Details:
    • Go to your integration’s settings page (separate platform).
    • Copy the Homepage URL from the integration settings.
  • Paste Homepage URL: In the Zoho API Console, locate the “Homepage URL” field and paste the copied URL.
  • Gather Authorized Redirect URIs:
    • Still on your integration’s settings page, copy the Authorized Redirect URIs.
  • Paste Authorized Redirect URIs: In the Zoho API Console, find the “Authorized Redirect URIs” field and paste the copied URIs.
  • Create Client: Click the “Create” button to finalize the process.
  • Copy Client Credentials: The Zoho API Console will display your “Client ID” and “Client Secret“.
  • Integrate Credentials: Copy and paste these credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) into the designated fields on your integration platform.

In the Zoho Books with WooCommerce integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your WooCommerce to the corresponding fields in Zoho Books. The “Customer Name” is the default field in Zoho Books for creating leads, so you will need to map your WooCommerce “Last Name” field to this field in Zoho Books. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

  • Status Complete: Change sales order status to completed in zoho books. By default, it will be saved as draft.
  • Add Warehouse: Select to add Warehouse and Salesperson.
  • Add Reference Number: Add custom reference number.
