Integrate WooCommerce with Zoho Books | Simplify Accounting

To begin, download and install the Zoho Books and WooCommerce integration plugin on your WordPress site. After installation, navigate to the plugin settings, where you’ll find the “Click Enable Integration” option. Click this button to start the setup and seamlessly connect your WooCommerce store with Zoho Books.

To get started, download and install the “Zoho Books and WooCommerce” plugin on your WordPress site.

Once installed, go to the plugin where you’ll see an option called “Click Enable Integration.” Click this button to initiate the setup process and connect your Zoho Books with WooCommerce seamlessly.

After clicking the “Click Enable Integration” button, you’ll be directed to the authorization page. Here, you’ll need to connect and authorize your Zoho Books account to complete the integration. This step is essential to ensure secure and seamless data transfer between WooCommerce and Zoho Books.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

Data Center: Select a Data Center from the drop-down list.

To configure Zoho Books Integration with WooCommerce, you’ll need your Zoho Books Client ID and Client Secret. Here’s how to obtain them.

• Access Zoho Developer Console: Go to “Zoho Developer Console“.
• Add Client: Click on “Add Client” and choose “Server-Based Application” as the client type.
• Name your Application: Provide a descriptive name for your application.
• Gather Integration Details:
  • Go to your integration’s settings page (separate platform).
  • Copy the Homepage URL from the integration settings.
• Paste Homepage URL: In the Zoho API Console, locate the “Homepage URL” field and paste the copied URL.
• Gather Authorized Redirect URIs:
  • Still on your integration’s settings page, copy the Authorized Redirect URIs.
• Paste Authorized Redirect URIs: In the Zoho API Console, find the “Authorized Redirect URIs” field and paste the copied URIs.
• Create Client: Click the “Create” button to finalize the process.
• Copy Client Credentials: The Zoho API Console will display your “Client ID” and “Client Secret“.
• Integrate Credentials: Copy and paste these credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) into the designated fields on your integration platform.

Once you have successfully entered your Zoho Books Client ID & Client Secret, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Organization: Select a portal from the drop-down list. For example: “Bit Apps“

In the Zoho Books with WooCommerce integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your WooCommerce to the corresponding fields in Zoho Books. The “Customer Name” is the default field in Zoho Books for creating leads, so you will need to map your WooCommerce “Last Name” field to this field in Zoho Books. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

• Status Complete: Change sales order status to completed in zoho books. By default, it will be saved as draft.
• Add Warehouse: Select to add Warehouse and Salesperson.
• Add Reference Number: Add custom reference number.
